Mission-Driven
Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) provides primary care services to individuals experiencing homelessness in Natrona County.
We are able to assist in many different ways because of the special circumstances individual’s experiencing homelessness may be facing.
Through hard work and dedication, we have expanded our scope of service to include four days a week on site at the Wyoming Rescue Mission.

Health Care for the Homeless has developed a cast network of partnerships with national and regional organizations as well as local medical, dental, and vision specialists so our patients’ medical care is not limited to only the services we provide directly through our medical provider and clinical staff.
